Stefano Cioffi returns to the label with more Italian vibes on the ‘Sinfonia EP’.
Naples-based Stefano joins a masterful legion of artists from Pino Danielli to Soul Express and the Mystic Jungle Tribe. Something of a journeyman musically, his beats cover everything from tech to deep house by way of tribal.
Flexing his considerable talents, opener ‘Sinfonia’ draws on his influences of italo disco, deep house and more. Satisfyingly musical, the swinging hats and rubbery bass hint at the familiar (you’ll know it when you hear it). A classy groove to keep at the front of your box for sure. Secondly, ‘Come On’ utilises a rolling bass, choppy vocals and snappy snares for the perfect pre-peak vibe.
