Italian electronic artist Mouth Water have unveiled the official video for new single ‘Dr House’, out 17th March on  Through The Void.

Directed by acclaimed designer and animator Tobias Lever who has worked with the likes of Warner, Universal, Sony, Doja Cat, David Bowie and John Legend and produced by highly respected art director Peter Chadwick (Defected, Strictly Rhythm, XL Recordings, Giles Peterson, The Rolling Stones), ‘Dr House’ is brought to life as Mouth Water delves into themes of the psychedelic, showcasing trippy visuals. We are taken on a journey through the driving, cosmic synths with glistening arpeggios, conjuring a sound that’s destined to create special dancefloor moments.

Mouth Water explain: “Producer, Alex Neri had mentioned the show ‘Dr House’ for a while, so when the day came to start writing a new track in the studio, he got us (Matteo and Lawrence) to play two specific guitar chords that he really liked, which took inspiration from the vibe of the show’s music. We then chopped these original chords up and built the rest of the track on top of them. The Giorgio Moroder sounding Juno synth riff that carries the track throughout was also not premeditated and was sort of a lucky accident that we stumbled upon by running Logic’s arpeggiator into the Juno-60 synth. Anyway, we are really happy with the final outcome and it seems to be going down well everywhere!”

Mouth Water is producer and multi-instrumentalist Lawrence Fancelli, who has enlisted the production prowess of legendary Italo house producer Alex Neri (Planet Funk/Kamasutra) and DJ, producer and drummer Matteo Zarcone, for a new series of releases, all three of whom originate from the beautiful  city of Florence.

‘Dr House’ is their first release in this new series, following on from the most recent single ‘House’, an acclaimed track that has racked up over 130,000 Spotify streams.

The official video for ‘Dr House’ effortlessly introduces a world of psychedelia in this new and exciting chapter of Mouth Water’s story
